Where is Manly in Sydney?
Manly is located in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. It is approximately 17 minutes by ferry from Circular Quay and a 45-minute bus journey from central Sydney. Manly is a buzzing coastal town with numerous retail stores, restaurants and cafes, and activities for all weather conditions.
Manly has a rich history dating back to its discovery in 1778. From the top of North Head, through the natural bushland and pine trees, down to the beach and into the ocean waters, you’ll find lots of beautiful wildlife and nature. Manly is truly a unique place to study, live and work.
As the birthplace of Australian surfing and one of the world’s top surfing reserves, Manly has a surf culture and lifestyle to it that people from all over the world are drawn to. From surfers to celebrities, many are drawn to Manly to enjoy the waves and casual lifestyle.

Is there parking on campus?
Aspire English provides free student parking at our Northern Beaches Campus in Manly. The City Campus has paid parking options only.
When are holidays?
Students have approximately three weeks between trimesters for holidays and a six-week break over Christmas.

Is accommodation or housing offered?
Yes. When you study with Aspire English you are part of the wider International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) community. Your classes are held on the same campuses as ICMS students and you also have the option to live in ICMS student accommodation.
